When BATA determined the need for a new, free community service that would link residents, businesses and tourist from East to West with downtown Traverse City, they reached out to Greenlight for assistance with every aspect of this initiative including logo, messaging, signage, bus and bus shelter graphics and riding the Bayline videos. The popularity of the Bayline Route amongst locals and visitors was immense, with very strong ridership.
